Important information regarding Covid-19 

Due to the rising spread of the Covid-19 variant Omicron, the local office is closed indefinitely from Monday the 20th of December. 

The closing also applies to the opening hours of the residents’ board on the first Monday of each month. However, the opening hours for phone calls will be expanded for weekdays Monday through Thursday from 8:30-13:00. Friday from 8:30-11:00. To change your regular parking permit, please contact the local office personally at the small window on Parkstykket between 8:00-8:30. This only applies to the changing your regular parking permit. 

It is possible to buy guest parking permits (10kr pr. piece)

This can be done by placing the money in an envelope with name and address written on. We will deliver the guest tickets in your mailbox. The same procedure applies to buying new key tags (80kr pr piece). If your key tag needs updating, this is done without cost. 

Service visits in the apartments will be limited to the absolutely necessary. Anyone visiting your home, will be wearing a mask, and we ask the residents to please stay in another room for the duration of the visit, as well as making sure that the rooms are properly ventilated. 

We apologize for the inconvenience these measures may have, but we are very invested in keeping each other safe.
